White Hill Cheese began operations in Shullsburg WI, a rural community in Southwestern Wisconsin in 2010. The Company’s focus and vision is to be the premier leader in the production of fine Swiss Cheese.
The culture we have developed at White Hill Cheese follows 3 important facets in order of importance: Employee Safety, Production Quality, and lastly Production Efficiency.
We can only succeed if our team members feel, and are safe, in their work environment. Our quality guidelines are to make a consistent and high demand cheese to OVER satisfy our customer needs.
